linear meters x the width

easiest way (and quickest also...) is of course to order
and pay on line.
To do so when reaching the Cart content page select

and trough process via our Secure Online Shopping Cart

All our prices
are freight costs inclusive.
This means that goods are delivered free of charge to
all customers from the United Kingdom
and are also
VAT inclusive for countries from the European Union, but
please note that our prices do not include local taxes
or any
custom duty or any additional charges which may apply
into other countries than the ones from European Union.
Goods are delivered through courier services such as UPS / DHL
/ FEDEX or CHRONOPOST or any other one we may substitute.
Average delivery is from 3 to 8 weeks, if after any item is remaining out
of stock, we will contact you to ask if you wish to wait furthermore.

PAYMENT
METHODS |
The
following payment methods are currently available through both
our secure web site ordering service and our telephone / fax /
email ordering processes : Credit card, cheques and bank
transfers.
Carpet runners, stair runners and rugs runners
being currently cuts from mother roll or woven to order, they are
fully payable at the ordering time.
We do accept personal cheques, cashier cheques, and bank drafts
Goods purchased with a personal cheque will be shipped once the cheque has
cleared.

Average
delivery is from 3 to 8 weeks, if after any item is remaining out
of stock, we will contact you to ask if you wish to wait furthermore.
Receipts for on-line payments are sent by email. For all other payment methods,
receipts are sent by email if applicable otherwise by post.

COMPLAINTS
|
Complaints
arising from mis-delivery or goods damaged on arrival are dealt
with immediately.
We guarantee to keep you informed and to process and settle your complaint
as quickly as possible.

RETURN
POLICY
|
If,
for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return
it within 7 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase
price, whichever you prefer (This apply only to rug runners - small
rugs with 4 borders) but not to carpet runners and stair runner
carpets.
Carpet runners and stair runner carpets are cuts
from rolls for each individual order, and as custom-made items
they are,
regretfully non-returnable, unless there is
damage or a defect in which case we will happily provide a replacement
of the item you ordered.
We recommend that packages be sent back to us with original carrier or any
other carrier that can track and insure it's packages.
Make sure to call
or email us with the tracking number so that we can track the package for
you and issue credit immediately upon arrival.
You are responsible for shipping
costs back to our warehouse. We do not accept items that have been damaged
or soiled.
No refunds after 7 days.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility
of the customer.
Once more we advise you to return any goods to us via recorded delivery,
as, if they are lost, we cannot be held responsible for them.
It is also
advisable to insure the goods, so that the full value is covered if they
are lost in transit.
Should this arise then for all returned goods you must pay for carriage both
ways in full + 10% of the order value for handling costs
